“In the bathroom, the shower tiles and glass door had green mold, the headboard had strange white stains, and the curtains were very dusty. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, I have other complaints regarding the bathroom and room.”

“Beautiful hotel with great history! The location in Casco Viejo was perfect for our visit to Panama City and we were easily able to walk or order a car/Uber from there for various trips. We had a family suite, which was a king and full size bed room that worked well for our family of 3. The rooftop pool is small, but lovely and the restaurant near the pool was great with friendly staff. The Central Hotel is a gorgeous place and the staff at the front desk, door and restaurants were all nice and……

“I love it! It was clean, the staff was friendly and surprisingly spoke English very well, which was great for me as I’m not a Spanish speaker. The grounds were so beautiful with butterflies and hummingbirds all over the place. I didn’t go in the pool, but it looked very inviting. The complementary lemonade was great. The breakfast that was included went way beyond my expectations. It started as a continental breakfast, which was pretty standard, but then you can add your choice of other entrées……
